No, I do understand that I could never be as sick as poor James. He has a total of 348 different kinds of diseases (including Albinism, Acne Vulgaria, Alzheimer Disease, Anthrax and Autism-Dementia-Ataxia-Loss of Purposeful Hand Use Syndrome) and still manages to host a good party.
